Listed prices for new-construction homes in Ontario already assume a $24,000 provincial HST rebate assigned to the builder. This tool applies the March 25, 2026 draft proposal for April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027: full 13% HST relief up to a $1M pre-tax base price, a flat $130,000 maximum rebate through $1.5M, and a linear reduction to the existing $24,000 rebate by $1.85M.
